Terms of Service

This page is a placeholder. The full Terms of Service will be published here before general availability. The limitation of liability below applies today.

Limitation of Liability

Consilaro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the accuracy and legality of any data, documents, or content you create, upload, or send through Consilaro — including proposals, contracts, invoices, and client information. You are responsible for reviewing any document (including AI-assisted or template-generated content) before sending it to a client or relying on it as a legally binding agreement.

No liability for loss or harm

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner and operators of Consilaro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Backups and data loss

While reasonable technical measures are taken to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business records. Consilaro is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unavailability, whatever the cause.

Third-party services

Consilaro relies on third-party providers (including payment processing, email delivery, and cloud hosting) to operate. We are not liable for failures, outages, or errors originating from these third-party services.

Statutory exceptions

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, liability arising under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Czech Republic or the European Union.

Acceptance

By creating an account and using Consilaro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this limitation of liability.
