From first call to paid invoice, in one place
Updated 2026-10-28
Most consultants run this path across four or five tools: a document editor for the proposal, an e-signature service, an invoicing tool and a spreadsheet to see who has paid. Consilaro keeps the whole path in one place, so a client is one record that moves from stage to stage.
The five stages
- •First call: you add the client and the conversation starts your pipeline.
- •Proposal: you send a proposal; your client opens it online.
- •Contract: you send a contract, and your client confirms their email with a one-time code and signs on screen.
- •Invoice: you issue the invoice with the VAT, payment QR code and numbering your country expects.
- •Paid: with your own Stripe account connected, an invoice can carry a payment link and marks itself paid when the money arrives.
What stays on record
When a client signs, the signed PDF and its audit trail are kept for you. A sent invoice is corrected with a credit note in its own number series, not by editing it.

The live demo is a read-only workspace with a full year of example data, so you can click through the pipeline, proposals and invoices before you decide anything. Every demo name and figure is invented.
